I've had some great experiences with peer work recently, and I really enjoy the work that I do with my clients. The only thing I would change is, I'd really like to have more clients. I'd like to fill my schedule.
But, this is great news for any prospective clients because what that means right now is this:
I have time.
I have time to go the extra mile, do the extra reading, answer the extra questions.
I am in process of building my career, but I am not so busy at the moment that I can't answer my own emails, do my own scheduling, and give some one-on-one interaction outside of actual paid sessions.
Everyone knows that the best time to work with someone is at the beginning of their career, and this is the beginning of mine.
My vision is to find enough local clients that I can afford to rent an office space here in the city where I live, and still continue seeing my long-distance clients via zoom.
I'd like to continue the group zoom calls (which could also split off into an in-person group if I found enough people locally that wanted to participate - the office space I have in mind has a conference room).
One thing that has bombed is the forum for mental health professionals, which I don't in all honesty want to give up on, but it's the most expensive tool I'm currently offering and it has not paid for itself yet. So if you know anyone who may be interested, please invite them! (This is mainly a group for mental health professionals to get insight on the lived experiences of multiples. Multiples are welcome to join it if they fit this category but multiples seeking help are not likely to find useful info in it.) --This is also a great time to be in this forum since I have plenty of time to moderate and interact. Once my client slots fill up, I won't have as much undivided attention to offer.
In the future I'd like to do some online informational webinars. I'd also like to (eventually) have some conferences about multiplicity. I have a busy mind and I have a ton of ideas. But things take time to build, which is probably for the best, since I've only partially reigned in my tendency to bite off more than I can chew. ;-)
So if you've been thinking about working with me, now's the time!
